A 65 years old woman suffering with pain in left hypochondrium region since 2 month's

Patient History : -

                            C/O:- Pain in left side hypochondrium region since 2 month.

                            Nausia

                            Weakness

                            Loss of appetite

                            Cronic Constipation

                            Flatulance (+ +)

                            No/H/O: DM, HTN, COPD, CVS.

                            H/O: - Cow struck by head & injury to abdomen 6 month back.
